VETWRX strictly verifies licenses, insurance, references, and business credentials for every service provider before approval. This ensures the protection of our homeowner members and upholds the integrity of the VETWRX platform.

Our Service Area Managers build real relationships with the businesses in their region and get to know repeat homeowner members over time. These personal connections create long-term excellence, trust, and a higher level of accountability than anonymous marketplaces.
VETWRX is not a lead-generation service. We do not sell homeowner information, and we do not allow multiple contractors to call, compete, or harass homeowners. Each service request is booked with one vetted provider through VETWRX’s white-glove scheduling system—reducing friction, eliminating chaos, and creating a calm, professional experience.
VETWRX service provider representatives are trained in solution-based consulting, not high-pressure tactics. They are required to attend recurrent training focused on understanding homeowner needs, asking the right questions, and providing appropriate solutions.
We prohibit fear-based selling, deceptive statements, or coercive tactics. Homeowners may report violations, and representatives who fail to meet our standards may undergo retraining or be removed from the VETWRX platform.
Through manufacturer partnerships and service-provider incentive programs, VETWRX secures cost-saving opportunities that are passed directly to homeowner members.
VETWRX service providers are expected to deliver quality workmanship at fair, transparent prices. We enforce quality standards, document issues, and assist in initial resolution if workmanship falls below expectations.
Our service providers are not the “cheapest option”—they are the right option, focused on solving real problems with professional skill. Homeowners seeking bargain-basement pricing are encouraged to look elsewhere.
Homeowners never pay for VETWRX services. Membership is free, and access to vetted providers, scheduling assistance, and quality oversight is included. Donations to support veteran service programs are appreciated but never expected.
